How can we help?

From your Client Portal, go to Request Security Audit. The request form has 4 steps:

1. Services — select one or more security services (e.g. Full Smart Contract Audit, Web App Penetration Test).
2. Scope — project/company name, source access method, and what should be reviewed.
3. Timeline — Standard, Expedited, or Urgent review priority, plus a preferred start date.
4. Confirm — review the summary and submit.

Once submitted, your request goes to LOZULA Admin for review — you'll see it under My Engagements with status “pending review”.
