Terms of Service

LOZULA Cybersecurity · Service Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LOZULA Cybersecurity websites, portals, tools, assessments, audits, account-security assistance, recovery workflows, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any engagement-specific scope, order, quote, or statement of work that applies to your service.

2. Authorized Security Use

LOZULA services are intended for lawful, authorized security work. You must own the systems, accounts, code, infrastructure, or digital assets being assessed, or have sufficient authorization to request testing or assistance. You must not use LOZULA services to gain unauthorized access, disrupt third-party systems, steal credentials, evade platform controls, or conduct malicious activity.

3. Scope and Client Responsibilities

Security work is limited to the agreed scope. You are responsible for providing accurate scope information, appropriate authorization, required access, safe test accounts where applicable, and timely notice of sensitive production constraints. Material changes in scope may require a revised timeline or fee.

4. Security Tools, Automated Analysis and AI

Some LOZULA tools may use automated analysis, simulations, rules, third-party data, or AI-assisted workflows. Tool output is intended to support security review and decision-making and may contain false positives, false negatives, incomplete context, or recommendations that require validation. Where a service includes human expert review, that review is limited to the submitted scope and available evidence.

5. Account Recovery and Appeal Assistance

Account-recovery, suspension, ban, impersonation, or appeal assistance is provided only through legitimate and authorized processes. LOZULA does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee account recovery, reinstatement, unbanning, response times, or a particular platform decision. Platform owners retain final control over their accounts, policies, and enforcement actions.

6. Audit and Assessment Limitations

Security assessments reduce uncertainty but cannot guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or that future compromise will not occur. Findings reflect the agreed scope, access, evidence, configuration, and conditions available during the engagement. Changes made after testing may affect the conclusions.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees, deposits, retainers, milestones, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any refund conditions are shown in the applicable quote, checkout, order, or engagement documentation. Work may be paused where required payments are overdue or where the agreed scope cannot safely continue.

8. Confidentiality and Client Materials

We treat non-public client materials, findings, credentials, evidence, and reports as confidential and use them only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service, operate the platform, maintain security, or comply with law. Clients remain responsible for avoiding unnecessary submission of secrets or personal information outside supported secure channels.

9. Third-Party Services

LOZULA may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, communications, payments, repositories, cloud infrastructure, platform APIs, or other operational functions. Third-party products and platforms are governed by their own terms, availability, security controls, and policies. References to third-party technologies do not imply ownership or partnership unless explicitly stated.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your code, content, systems, and materials. LOZULA retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, methodologies, branding, software, and general know-how. Rights in engagement deliverables are determined by the applicable engagement documentation and do not transfer ownership of either party's pre-existing intellectual property unless expressly agreed.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, reliability, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every tool or integration.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without a guarantee of absolute security, complete vulnerability detection, uninterrupted availability, or a specific third-party outcome. Any limitation or allocation of liability applicable to a paid engagement may also be set out in the relevant quote, contract, or statement of work.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access where there is suspected abuse, unauthorized testing, fraud, non-payment, legal risk, or activity that threatens users, LOZULA, third parties, or service integrity. Where appropriate, we may request additional verification before restoring access.

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

Applicable law, venue, and dispute procedures may depend on the contracting entity, customer location, and engagement documentation. Where a signed agreement or order contains specific governing-law or dispute terms, those terms control for that engagement to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as our services, risk controls, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated through the website, portal, or another appropriate channel where required.

16. Contact
